After reader Rob Judge viewed this footage he offered us a very plausible explanation for the 'Ufo' featured. Says Rob: "With regards to the above film quite clearly it is a type of kite, this can be seen around 2 minutes into the video in an extremely shaky close up.

A mysterious video - apparently shot by holidaymakers at Devon Cliffs, Exmouth [south west England] - appears to show a UFO flying over the sea.

The video was uploaded to the You Tube site on May 18 and shows a strange very bright light - sometimes very regular in shape - moving across the sky. At times, the light seems to come very close to land and then moves away again.
