An Argentinian tour operator who had organized a trip to La Carrera, Tupungato, took a picture of the landscape. When he uploaded it into his computer he saw a strange object, shaped like a round dish, had been captured in the air.

Is it a UFO,a condor [large bird] or a blemish? That is what is being asked by Flavio S. (31), who filmed it on Nov. 8, 2008.

"I am very skeptical. That's why I sent a photo for analysis to the country's most respected Ufologist in Buenos Aires," he told Los Andes on line.

"I took a picture of the landscape, nothing more. We were on horseback, but no one saw anything. The image appeared when the photo was viewed on the computer. "

Flavio contacted Andrea Simondini, a renowned ufologist of Victoria, Entre Ríos, and head of the group Vision Ovni. After two weeks the analysis was ready.

According to the ufologist, it is not a condor, because at that distance it would be smaller. It was a UFO bigger than an airliner. This is not the first time this year that tourists who go to La Carrera come back with photos of UFOs. In April, a group of friends who spent the day at Quebrada del Cóndor took a picture with a cell phone that also appeared as an unidentified flying object.

¿Ovnis en Tupungato?

Un operador turístico organizó un tour a La Carrera, Tupungato, y sacó una foto del paisaje. Cuando la bajó en su computadora vio un objeto extraño. La mandó a analizar por la ufóloga más reconocida del país y le confirmó que se trata de un OVNI.

¿Es un ovni, es un cóndor o es una mancha? Eso es lo que se preguntó Flavio S. (31) cuando bajó la foto a su computadora y vio una especie de plato redondo en el aire. Ocurrió el 8 de noviembre, cuando estaba en un tour con operadores de turismo mendocinos cuyo objetivo era conocer una estancia en La Carrera, Tupungato.

“Yo soy muy escéptico. Por eso mandé a analizar la foto a Buenos Aires”, contó a Los Andes on line. “Saqué una foto del paisaje, nada más. Ibamos a caballo, pero nadie vio nada. La imagen apareció cuando bajé la foto a la computadora”.

Flavio contactó a Andrea Simondini, una reconocida ufóloga de Victoria, Entre Ríos, y titular del grupo Visión Ovni. Después de dos semanas, el análisis estuvo listo. Según la ufóloga, no se trata de un cóndor, porque a esa altura se vería más chico. Tampoco es una mancha en la cámara. Es un ovni más grande que un avión de pasajeros.

Esta no es la primera vez este año que los turistas que van a La Carrera vuelven con fotos de ovnis. En abril, un grupo de amigos que pasaba el día en la Quebrada del Cóndor tomó una imagen con celular en la que también apareció un objeto volador no identificado.
