First let me say I'm a very skeptical person, so when I saw what I did, I tried to rationalize it first but it wouldnt let me.

My friend and I were driving down a country road in North Carolina last year. He said he had seen a light but I didn't pay it much attention and I kept driving.

Finally I glanced over and I said, 'What the hell is that bright white light?'

"That's what I've been trying to tell you', he said.

As I looked closer I saw it was in fact two bright lights. It was following along beside us and I stared at it as I kept driving.

I had my camera in my car (I love taking pictures of everything), so I decided it would be cool to take a picture of it. So I stopped my car in the middle of the road  and the second I did, the bright white light turned red and flew over the car. We watched it disappear into the sky.

We just sat there baffled that this light that had been traveling along beside us quite low, had now changed colors and direction and then vanished.

I took a picture as it flew over our heads but as luck would have it, it didn't develop.
