My First Experience With The Paranormal
~ A true account provided by 'Brandon'
There is a bridge in Clinton Falls, Indiana named Edna
Collins. It is called that because there was a little
girl named Edna Collins who drowned there (her dog
was with her but survived).
Her parents would often travel into Greencastle to meet with relatives and
she would not want to go, so they would drop her off along the way.
Then when they got back into town they would honk the
horn three times and she would come up. But one day she didn't appear.
So now the story is that if you go there at night, turn off your car ignition, pull the key out and place it on the dash, she will appear and get in the car with you.
I'm sure that you have probably heard this many
of times before, but I swear to you what I experienced is for real.
Anyway, myself and some of my friends decided to go out
there to see if it was real or not. So all eight of us
got into a truck; six of us were in the back and two
in the front. Being the only guy going, I decided
to sit in the back.
So we got out there at about 11pm., and I personally didn't think anything was going to
happen. We went over the bridge so we could
turn around to get back into town and we did as we were
supposed to.
After we honked the horn I was getting nervous. No more than 10 seconds after the last honk, we
heard what sounded like a little girl.
All of us gasped, and one of the girls in the back screamed at the top of her lungs, and started yelling, "There she
is, the legend is true!"
Well, I turned my head to see a blue figure with coal black eyes standing at the end
of the bridge. It was very obvious that it was a
person.
The driver then tried to start the truck, but for some reason couldn't until the second or third time of trying.
As we were flying down the road to get to the nearest
church and check out the truck, all of a sudden the people in the bed started getting wet, but there
were no trees to cause this, or anything else that might have been wet nearby.
When we finally arrived at the church we discovered there were four-fingered handprints along the side of the truck.
Thank you for giving me your time and reading my true life story.
