Nostradamus Author Predicts Madonna's Death
[Original headline: Will Madonna live to 44?]
It has been a couple of weeks since pop queen Madonna turned 43. Whether or not she will be alive to celebrate her 44th birthday is questionable, at least according to Michael McClellan, who predicts on his Internet site that the star will be assassinated in the next year.
McClellan is the author of “Nostradamus and the Final Age”, which says that the bulk of Nostradamus’ prophecies have not yet come to pass. McClellan claims he has found compelling evidence to support the warnings in one of Nostradamus’ quatrains that suggests that Madonna’s life will be cut short in 2001.
McClellan’s “Madonna prophecy” says that “according to the prophet Nostradamus someone named 'Modena' will die violently due to a conspiracy of two people, one which may or may not be cult-related.” McClellan continues: “However, even if Nostradamus’ predictions should not turn out to be applicable, there is staggering base seven numerological evidence that the famous pop celebrity Madonna may fall victim to what I call ‘the Jayne Mansfield scenario.’”
Base seven numerology is an alternative system of foretelling the future, relying on magical powers and activities that influence the number seven. McClellan believes that history repeats itself in cycles of seven years or multiples of seven years.
McClellan draws a comparison between Madonna and 60’s actress Jayne Mansfield, saying that both were both ranked as “second fiddle” — Madonna to the deceased Diana, Princess of Wales and Mansfield to Marilyn Monroe. Mansfield died in a horrific car crash in which she was allegedly beheaded.
Madonna has acted in a commercial in which she is killed in her director-husband’s BMW. The author describes it as “an unsettling echo of the final hours of the late Princess Diana, complete with a speeding chauffeur, paparazzi in hot pursuit, and a reckless ride through the streets of Los Angeles into a tunnel.” Added to this is the pop singer’s video for “What It Feels Like For A Girl”, where the star commits suicide by crashing her car head-on into a pole.
Madonna has also been linked to the religious group Kallabah, an offshoot from the “true” Kabbalah, a disciplined path in Judaism. McClellan regards this affiliation as “cult-related”.
Who is most the likely to kill the diva? McClellan points a finger at Robert Dewey Hoskins, the man who was jailed after an earlier attempt to fulfil threats he made on Madonna’s life. Hoskins had threatened to slice her throat. His 10-year sentence was reduced to eight years, which means that he could be released from prison for good behaviour in June or July 2002.
