The site tells worried residents that signs of a ghost in their mobile home include the room spinning when they're not drunk, blood dripping out of their simulated wood panelling and the trailer shaking when there's no tornado in sight.
Larry Weaver's site, TrailerGhost.com also offers a Trailer Ghost Proofing Kit that includes a T-shirt and a copy of his CD Everybody's Crazy But Me!
He said: "Hauntings are usually traced back to a dramatic event like a murder, extreme violence or really heavy drinking. Trailer parks are breeding grounds for such activity.
"I figured a spirit would never want to return to a trailer in the afterlife. But I heard so many stories about mobile home hauntings that I had to share them with the world."
As well as being a part-time expert in the paranormal, Mr Weaver is a stand-up comic.
