The downmarket British newspaper Daily Mirror ran a story on 22 May 2006, that a Witch from Oxford England was jailed for three years after a botched spell burnt down her flat and trapped an upstairs neighbour. The fire brigade took 45 minutes to rescue her and dowse the flames
50 year old Patricia Swift claimed she was attempting a pagan ritual to dissuade a magical rival after a 5 year fight to kill her.
Peter Combes, prosecuting, told the Crown court that she was to be evicted three days after the spell was attempted.
But experts know that of the spirits of Earth Air Fire and Water, the spirits of fire, known as salamanders, are the easiest to conjure, grip and control.
The science of Abiogenesis, or spontaneous generation of life, harbours many occult secrets and these skills are among those known to 33rd degree masons as parapyrogenesis, or the ability to start live fires with the mind.
Just as children in the playground on a hot day would use a magnifying glass to focus the heat of the sun in order to burn a piece of paper, so the mind can be sharpened and also used as a magnifying glass. This is known technically as “subconscious amplification”.
Winston Churchill during W.W.II was known to have discussed this with members of the wartime “Black Team” and wanted the German population to experience the fire of hell.
Churchill, a 33rd degree mason, was fascinated with the occult and encouraged its use through the war as a weapon,. His obsession with firebombing German dormitory cities was considered by his colleague Archbishop Lang as “unnecessary and abominable” and by top spirit medium Joe Benjamin as “hateful” . Particularly when Germany was negotiating for peace from 1942.
Churchill was legendary through the war as a depressive and alcoholic warmonger. He was a lone voice for war just like Tony Blair, and was also seen as unstable. Many agreed with the recent Churchill statue unveiled in Norwich, showing him wearing a strait jacket - it was just 65 years too late.
