ORBS AT THE COPPER QUEEN HOTEL

More photographic evidence in support of the existence of orbs, or further examples of digital camera anomalies? Roger Linnenburger has a healthy skepticism and fully understands what 'natural' conditions might conspire in order to produce an orb-like effect within a camera. However, while visiting a haunted hotel in Arizona he encountered and recorded over a hundred images containing orbs.....

Ghost Hunters and Skeptics (like me):

I have taken standard film photos and digital images of orbs and ghost-like images. Since digital is cheaper I have relied on it more. It is true, without question that digital images cannot be considered proof of ghosts or authenticated fully unless the person is present to see the camera in use. I also know all about lint, dust, water mist, etc that cause phoney orb pictures. Never can dust or lint be ruled out, but after hundreds of orb pictures surely something is afoot right? I mean this camera does not produce orbs as frequently any place else, but at the Copper Queen, I got many, and in one other place I will talk about later. In fact I took almost 1000 shots before I ever saw an orb anywhere. I have been all over the country too! This said: I want to submit these pictures.

There are no alterations, and these are common orb pics. I took almost 700 over a three day period while I stayed in room 312 at the Copper Queen in Bisbee, Arizona. In these pictures nearly 120 had orbs or similiar things in them. These are on the famed 3rd floor and this room is considered to be one of the most haunted in the hotel. I also took 27 standard film pictures that had three orb images.

There are three ghosts in this hotel according to the legends. The most famous being the young lady of the evening who killed herself in the early years of the hotel in the hotel itself. Her name was Julia Lowell. She even has a room named for her. 312 is not that room, but very close none the less, and she haunts other rooms. She is almost always seen on the 3rd floor and these orbs may be something related, or then again, maybe not....dust is still dust, and 1 in 6.5 photos surely must have dust, right? Uh, nope.....in fact, only in two places have I ever gotten any orb pictures, and this place was a HOT SPOT for them....feel free to use these on your site, they are interesting, but only that....
