A WITNESS TO THE END TIMES?

My name is Mr. Frank Hernandez age 44, I was born on 07-13-1960 in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in San Antonio, Texas. Back in October 12, 1998 the host of Coast to Coast named Art Bell called it quits to working his late night program. And at the time he mentioned that what was happening to him was related to JOHN F. KENNEDY. But after some time off and some mishaps he returned and then retired to the weekend broadcast of the Coast to Coast with Artbell.

During August and September of 1993 I began to hear a mystery humming sound and I was in communication with the spirit world. I was also allowed to view the area that people who have had E.O.B.'s(Out of Body Experience) have seen. And the area that NOSTRADAMUS used to see into the future. But I believe what the whole world will see soon is what I was shown in the heavens on AUGUST 20, 1993 during A VISION IN THE CLOUDS. Which is part of prophecy. I was shown TWO MOONS in the heavens. From where I was standing in San Antonio, Texas the two moons were at the 10:00 o'clock and 2:00 o'clock with the clock at a northwest direction. I could also describe it as being one moon to my southeast and the other to my northwest.

UNSOLVED MYSTERIES aired a program titled: MYSTERY HUMMING on November 22, 1995, in which after viewing this program I contacted their main office by phone and I was asked to do an update to their program but I refused because of loss of privacy and safety to my family.

But to cut it short, I can heal, make cloud's disappear in a matter of minutes and produce rain where I wish it to rain. But I cannot walk on water.

The Apparition of Fatima, Portugal on July 13, 1917 told the three children of Fatima, Portugal about my birth on 7-13-1960 and that I was going to be THE WITNESS (Daniel 7:13).

The latest weather that has struck the State of Florida was a sign from the spirit world. But I tried to help with Hurricane Charlie, Frances and Ivan. Some of these Hurricanes I was able to change their course or make them weaker before hitting Florida. But with Hurricane Jeanne I forewarmed the Media in Florida that if I do not receive a request for my help with Hurricane Jeanne, I was not going to use my POWER OF PRAYER (Power of Focusing) on Hurricane Jeanne. Because I had to prove a point that my abilities are real.

Hurricane Ivan missed Jamiaca and Cuba and Louisiana because of me and for this reason IVAN finished it's life at the back door to San Antonio, Texas.

The state of Louisiana was forewarned and I asked that an offical reply was sent to me and that I would help in redirecting IVAN from the coast of Louisiana. Which they did sent to my e-mail.

The Great Texas Flood of October 17-19, 1998 was produced by me to bring an end to the severe Texas drought.

The Great Texas Flood of July 01, 06, 2002 was produced by me to bring an end to the severe Texas drought and to bring an end to the wildfires of Colorado.

Both of these floods began around my city of San Antonio, Texas.

On that weekend before the October 1998 flood The Virgin Mary was appearing to thousands of people in the state of Georgia. And explaing that God's Messenger was making himself known to the media.
