"I want to indicate that when taking regular photo's WITHOUT FLASH an 'orb' never appears. I think that they are small dust particles that are located a short distance from the camera and are illuminated by the FLASH.

"In setting the camera and focussing it on a distant object these near particles are defocussed and for that reason they take on a blurred form. In this respect the different sizes of 'orbs' is according to the distance from the lens.

"I say to anyone that uses a digital camera to focus on something very near (using a manual approach, or non automatic) and establish the smalleest possible distance (0.5 meters for example) and take photo's using a flash. You will end up with pictures in which particales of dust are focused at the established distance (0.5 meters in this case) and therefore you will discover the true form of 'orbs'.

Hola, vivo en España (Spain) y tengo una cámara digital SONY Cybershot 2.0 MPixels.
Aquí adjunto una foto que he hecho con FLASH desde mi ventana en la cual se pueden apreciar esos polémicos "orbs" como asi los llamáis.
Quiero señalar que en una foto normal tomada SIN FLASH nunca aparece ningún "orb".

Opino que son pequeñas partículas de polvo que están a corta distancia del objetivo de la cámara y son iluminadas por el FLASH. El enfoque de la cámara al estar al infinito las partículas cercanas quedan desenfocadas y por eso toman esa forma borrosa. De este factor depende el tamaño de los distintos "orbs", según la distancia.

Animo a cualquiera a que coja su cámara digital y enfoque algo muy cercano (con el enfoque manual, no automatico) y establezca la menor distancia posible (0,5 metros por ejemplo) y acontinuación haga fotos con flash. Acabará tomando fotos en las que las particulas de polvo queden enfocadas a la distancia establecida (0,5 metros en este caso) y por tanto descubrir la verdadera forma de los "orbs".

Me parece una tonteria pensar que cada "orb" es un espíritu, entre otras cosas porque los espíritus son energia, y por tanto no son físicos, y como no lo son no pueden ser visibles, las particulas de polvo sí son visibles.
