Here is an opportunity to look at the lastest 'orb' photographs submitted by readers of FarShores. Perhaps if we apply the above criteria we may have a clearer understanding that, under certain circumstances, the phenomena of orbs does not always fall outside normal parameters. The camera can and does lie sometimes.

Alvaro [ alvat666@hotmail.com ], from Venezuela, sent in these two images both featuring orbs. He, like many others, has discovered that in some instances an orb may even appear to display a human-like face!

After taking a number of pictures one recent weekend, Cynthia Smith and her family, "noticed a lot of orbs. I cleaned my camera lens, but there they are.," she says. "We have a new house, therefore I certainly did not expect to see this."
Cynthia used a HP 320 digital camera and added, "I took several pictures that day. Only a few had those 'orbs'. Even when I stood in the same place to take more than one picture. It just seems very odd to us."

Holly H. took a number of pictures during the course of several years "that contain orbs, orbs in motion etc.", and has forwarded the above taken on Christmas Day, 2002. Just two weeks prior to this Holly and her family suffered the unexpected loss of a close family member and is still grieving.

She reports, "My mother who believes in this kind of thing asked me to take a photo of her while she asked out loud for my aunt to let us know that she is ok by appearing above her head. Although we both felt kinda silly somewhat, we desperately wanted to make sure that she crossed over ok and was doing fine.

"As I downloaded my 4 pics I took, the first pic contained a bright orb right above my mothers head! We were shocked that it appeared exactly where my mother requested! As we zoomed in closer, the interior of the orb contains letters, several people have pointed out on their own that it looks like SIS."
