Law enforcement agencies in our area are still trying to figure out what folks saw streaking low across the evening sky in East Montgomery.
Around 6:00 Thursday night , the phone started ringing at the Police and Sheriff's Department. Callers thought it might have been an airplane falling from the sky. A swarm of rescue workers were dispatched to the area, but found nothing.
As of now, no one knows what it was. some in law enforcement speculate it may have been a meteor. If we find anything out for sure we'll let you know.
