I have received some interesting feedback concerning the mysterious Device, and I would like to share
with you the thoughts of Jim Gilliland about it:
“The Device was meant to access another realm. It created a vortex, a bubble, a gateway to the afterlife
and the ancestors, the past and the future... . I can only suggest that what was seen was the physical remnant
of the Device, not the complete trans-spectral and hyper-dimensional object which it is when operating.”
The Device created the “vortex” or “gateway” by
“bending light and creating fusion at the atomic level...by projecting this fused light into a larger
chamber... .
The Device is in the process of being ‘re-invented’. This race to create the Device, as a physical totality
symbol is the ultimate Holy Grail of science, and the purpose of the evolution of the species.
The Mandaen Sect of North Africa have a whole belief system focused around this event. There are
similar accounts throughout history, as you alluded to, regarding the re-emergence of such a Device of such
enormous transformative potentional. Anyway, there’s the nub of it, the rest is down to...history.”
Another correspondant, identifying himself only as CROw MAAT [aka Love & Light Bill *T/G*] , sent
me Image C, which put me in mind of the Device:-
Bill told me he’d been working on this project since 1975, and that it had “started as a doodle”. He said that
it was “driven by an unexplainable force”. He felt “intensely directed” to the radical and unorthodox writings
and ideas of von Daniken, Wilhelm Reich and Nicola Tesla, as well as the pyramids themselves, in the
“quest for a greater self understanding” of his own work. His search has led him to look into the fields of
“crystallography, metallurgy, frequency and other interrelated material, while trying to combine the
known sciences and physics with free energy, antigravity and interdimensional concepts.”
Reading through the Daily Telegraph on 24 November my attention was drawn to the article Scientists
spy on how a baby’s brain takes shape, especially the Kanizsa Square [Image A], which uncannily
resembles Bill’s Device! It was devised by an Italian psychologist, Gaetano Kanizsa, who wrote An
Anomalous Brightness Differentiation [1986]. This “brightness perception” [Kanizsa] can be tested by
looking at A, as “the “Pacmen give the illusion of a square that is not actually there” {Telegraph]. This is
because the brain perceives “the spatial position and relative size” [Kanizsa] of the light and dark areas.
Dr Gergely Csibra of Birbeck College’s Babylab said that
“Previous work in adults has shown that the perception of the square correlates with a burst of brain
activity known as gamma oscillation.”
These bursts are detected by “the geodesic sensor net”, which is apparently present in eight month old
babies, but not six month old ones! Csibra said this showed that eight month old infants “recognise complex
shapes in the same way an adult does.” It’s been said that infants take in and assimilate more information
from the world than we think. Image B are the colours worn by the jockey of Devise in the Norfolk Stakes
at Ascot [21 June 2001]. Image D, which bears a striking similarity to A and C, is the so-called ‘Windmill
Crop Formation’ that appeared in an English field in July 1999. The picture was sent to me by Kathy Doore.
