Nina Fulford is many things: poet, artist, tailor, designer, bibliophile, parent, philosopher but her latest project may eventually eclipse them all.
"I am rewriting Genesis," she states matter-of-factly in a recent e-mail.
"I am making two claims;
"I. We are androids.
"2. Exodus took place from Ur not the Egypt of the Nile, (Ur was once called Egypt)."
As anticipated, Nina's website documents these claims in some detail and is a work in progress titled, The Bible Retold. Of course, as one would expect, it all begins with the beginnings of our Universe and ourselves.
In 1945, a visit from one she acknowledges as The Creator prompted Nina to embark on a journey of discovery and investigation into mankind's history. Turning to the works of the 'Bible', assembled writings brought together around the 3rd or 4th centuries that also came to be known as the Torah (book), she found that time, interpretation and translation have all played a part in confusing this knowledge resource.
Nina explains, "The Church’s have known for quite some time now that there are two distinct creation stories at the front of the Bible. Genesis one and Genesis two. The first one is by far the oldest and probably comes from the Library at Ninivah or Babylon. It was probably compiled by the Anunaki for the earth. It may even have been a commonly known story at one time.
"The second Genesis is the one that was carried with Noah and given to him by Enoch. This would have been given to Abraham at the time that he left the tribe. It would have been given to him at the time of Noah’s death."
Throughout her work Nina has sought to provide answers for many of the questions that continue to puzzle us all, and in The Bible Retold 3, [Genesis two] she cautions accordingly, "In the coming pages you are going to learn many things that will shock you. But you will also recognize the truth of these things deep down. The questions you have asked yourself about the strangeness of many things in your world, and the unanswered questions about who you are and why you are here, and why the UFO’s are here now will be answered."
There is much valuable reading here, much to learn and doubtless for many, much to reconsider about life, its creation and especially the purpose of our existence. Nina has tackled it head-on and at the very least has sought to provide us with many, if not all, of the answers to these universal riddles that encompass us.
