Posted May 29.02 Missouri Mystery Mound - May Update Charles Teague has sent us a brief e-mail report of the trip he and others made back to the Missouri Mystery Mound area on May 18:- "We had a good trip but had to hire boats to cross the flood that had covered the road for over a quater mile. "The group from St Louis was turned back by the police but we managed to get across and explore. We had Ange Micol who has an article in Atlantic Rising this month and Gary Dixon an investigator from Kingsport Tenn. there also. "They took many GPS readings and made some interesting observations that we will have to follow up on. "We also discovered that there is another group of caves 500 yards from the mound but we didn't have time to explore them. "I will do an update on the site next week and tell of our adventure."
