BLACK PANTHER SIGHTING FROM SHROPSHIRE

Mrs Jenny Bodek, from Shropshire in England, writes to tell us of a big cat sighting she had on August 19 when she spotted a black panther crossing a field near her home in Bomere Heath.

Police informed her there had been a similar sighting in nearby Elesmere earlier and a another big cat report came from a motorway/highway in Telford.

Jen is convinced the animal she saw was a black panther, adding that the weather was fine and the large creature was not too far away, when she spotted it from a bedroom window.
